Dedicated to Music Culture
AMP, Associated Music Press was born out of a simple idea: music deserves a home that’s as loud, raw and alive as the artists who make it. Starting with Photographer/Musician, Brenden Fuller and Artist/ Graphic Designer
Zoey Ryan, AMP is a DIY-driven music magazine dedicated to amplifying
the voices shaping the underground and emerging sound today.
What started as a passion project, late-night conversations, traded ideas and
half-scribbled notes has grown into a platform committed to documenting the stories that often slip through the cracks of mainstream media. AMP exists to celebrate the bands you discover in basements, the musicians reinventing genres and the communities that rise up around shared noise.
This inaugural zine marks the first physical artifact of that mission: a
hand-crafted snapshot of the music that moves us right now. Within these pages, you’ll find an interview, features, photography and reflections from
across the music spectrum; each piece driven by curiosity, care and a deep love for music culture.
Whether you’re a musician, a fan or someone who just believes in the power
of creative expression, AMP is here to turn up the volume.

Who is AMP?
Zoey Ryan has existed with the PNW her whole life, the smell of the pine trees and salty ocean are what she calls her home.
Blossoming in art during her 20 years on this earth, she recently obtained her BFA in Graphic Design to maintain a creative pathway in life. Zoey has always been a music enthusiast, but in college she met a wonderful group of people that introduced her to the art of punk music and small-town live shows at a venue called Old Skools in Ellensburg, Washington. Her whole view changed on what she considered her passions, Ryan discovered her true calling is for music and graphic design combined. Zoey met Brenden Fuller around 2024 and have become good friends, and now colleagues ever since. Our shared love for music, art, and Washington have created this zine, AMP. I couldn’t be luckier to work with
such talented people, and to create this passion project with Fuller.

Hailing from Spokane, Washington, Brenden Fuller arrived in Ellensburg with one goal: to take pictures.
Since discovering the Seattle Punk scene in 2023, Brenden has cataloged hundreds of bands, artists, and creatives in his journey into the world of Concert Photography. Dropping out of college to pursue his craft, Brenden has been pushing to bring his work to smaller artists with the creation of the AMP.
Alongside Zoey Ryan, AMP is looking to produce a raw, new, and distinct view of the PNW’s underrepresented artists. Showcasing the drive, passion, and energy these artists dedicate to their work. After Brenden and Zoey met, their love of music and design gave them the push they needed to dedicate their skills to the AMP. Many late nights, short edit sessions, and last-minute scheduling have all accumulated into starting the AMP, and many more editions to come.
